throughout our manufacturing units and service centres. Manufacturing
and distribution units will employ systems and infrastructures

Manager / Operations Director is responsible for ensuring a working quality system providing compliance

Recognised and relevant quality standards (e.g. set by ISO, BS)
Product approval standards
Policies (internal and external)
Specific customer approvals
New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

Individual manufacturing units shall have
a dedicated Quality Manager, reporting direct to the site Operations Director/
GM. Quality managers assigned to the manufacturing units will have full
authority to ensure quality
of products and services are fully compliant with established standards.
The Enersys Europe group Quality Director shall be responsible for setting,
implementing and measuring quality policy, quality metrics and quality
standards; closely co-ordinating such activity with site quality assurance
and general management. Enersys shall provide extraordinary customer service
by meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations 100% of the time. We shall be the best in the industry by being
easy to do business with, while supplying the highest quality products
and services on time and in the most cost-effective manner. Download
